Stacey is a US Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist registered both in the US and in Singapore (Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association) and certified personal trainer focusing on helping her clients optimize their food, fitness, and other lifestyle choices in the midlife transition. Her passion is helping her clients to develop simple, sensible, and sustainable plans individualized to their specific needs. If it’s too hard or complicated, too restrictive, or if you don’t like the foods, or you hate the exercises, the plan won’t work. This isn’t a success, even if you lose a few kilograms in the short term.Stacey believes that what you eat is not the only thing that matters when developing a plan. Most people have a pretty good idea of what foods a recommended on a “healthy diet”. Where it gets complicated is why you eat!

Stacey helps you dig deep into your own triggers or motivation to eat and guides you in reconnecting with your body’s true needs and hunger signals.Stacey is recognized by the North American Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner. As such, she understands that many midlife women (herself included) may also struggle to manage the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause and are looking for simple yet effective treatment options. Hot flashes, joint pain, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety and body changes are just some of the changes that women can experience in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s.

Stacey helps women understand the sometimes confusing and often times frustrating changes that can occur at this time. These changes are normal and manageable. Solutions almost always look very different to what they did a decade or two ago.
