The stages of menopause can span over a decade of a woman’s life and no two women will experience this important life phase in exactly the same way. There is no defined list of symptoms that all women will suffer, nor a one size fits all set of treatments or therapies to address and ease the symptoms experienced. The good news is that yoga can help.

Rachel is a trained yoga teacher who specialises in supporting her students by addressing key physical needs; bone density, muscle mass, cardio-vascular health and joint mobility throughout the stages of menopause. In addition, yoga can ease stress, fatigue, anxierty, depression and low self-esteem. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced practitioner Rachel can tailor classes to help you navigate the journey with awareness and knowledge of your changing mind and body.

This depends entirely on the type of health care insurance that you have and which provider you make an appointment with. Yes, for all the medical doctors listed on our website we have checked that they have appropriate medical license to practice medicine in Singapore. However, we also have other non-medical practitioners listed on our platform such as Nutritionists and Personal trainers, that are highly educated and experienced but do not have a medical license (which they also do not require to have).
